Refund and returns

If you're not happy within 60 days of delivery, you get a full refund. This is true even if your product has been used.

We will pay the return shipping, so returns are free for you.

If your order arrives broken, we will replace it or refund you.

Damage after delivery is not covered. The optional 1-year warranty below is separate.

You can add a 1-year warranty for $9.99 in the cart.

It gives you a one-time replacement if your product is damaged or defective within 1 year of delivery.

To make a claim, send us a message on our Contact page with your order number. We will reply and ask for a photo.
